Arleigh Burke Class Destroyer

One of the most powerful warships ever made, this missile destroyer class forms the bulk of the US Navy's warship fleet. The latest Flight II standard has 90 VLS missile tubes giving the ship unprecidented mission flexibility, being able to carry any assortment of anti-air, anti-submarine, anti-ship, land-attack, and self-defense missiles. A powerful phased array radar tied in with the AEGIS combat management system gives the destroyer exceptional situational awareness. A handful of these destroyers are tasked with protecting each US Navy Carrier.

This warship design has also been exported to some Far-Eastern nations.
